Topics we will address will include

• When you created your first social media policy, what was your primary concern? Has that primary concern changed over time?
• What are the essential elements of a corporate social media policy, in your experience?
• What is the single biggest stumbling block companies need to overcome as they implement and execute on a social media policy?
• Some companies have adopted a laissez faire attitude towards employee use of social media. How significant is the risk of having a crisis situation?
• We know recruiters are looking at social media profiles before hiring. Are managers monitoring employees? Is this casual or part of protocol?
