• What is the single biggest stumbling block companies need to overcome as they implement and execute on a social media policy?
• Some companies have adopted a laissez faire attitude towards employee use of social media. How significant is the risk of having a crisis situation?
• We know recruiters are looking at social media profiles before hiring. Are managers monitoring employees? Is this casual or part of protocol?
